Membership Terms

Welcome to Longevity Life+. By purchasing or using a Longevity Life+ annual membership  (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them  carefully. 

1. Membership Overview 

Longevity Life+ is an annual subscription-based membership program that provides disease  information through access to multiomics services and counseling provided by licensed clinical  laboratories and physicians, but we are not a medical provider. Longevity Life Life+ does NOT  provide medical treatment or advice, or health care services of any type, makes no medical  referrals, issues no prescriptions, and is not an insurance product or service. You should consult  with medical professionals regarding all treatment decisions for any medical condition you may  have. Membership is personal to you and cannot be transferred or shared. 

2. Term & Renewal

  • Membership is billed annually in advance.
  • Membership automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your original  enrollment date, unless you cancel prior to renewal.
  • By enrolling, you authorize Longevity Life+ to charge your payment method on file for  the annual renewal fee at the then-current rate. 

3. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing  

Service@longevitylifeplus.com. 

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current paid term. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the membership period.
  • To avoid being charged for the next annual term, you must submit your cancellation  request at least 7 days before your renewal date. 

4. Payment & Billing 

  • All fees are stated and charged in U.S. Dollars.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains current and valid.
  • If your payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or terminate your membership. 

5. Changes to Membership or Fees 

  • Longevity Life+ reserves the right to modify membership benefits, features, or pricing at  any time.
  • Any changes to fees will be communicated to you before your next renewal. 

6. Limitation of Liability 

  • Longevity Life+ and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or  consequential damages arising from your membership use. 
  • Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your most recent annual membership term. 

7. Governing Law 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to  conflict of laws principles.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Middlesex County, Delaware. 

8. Compliance with Laws 

Longevity Life+ operates in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules,  and regulations, including but not limited to the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act  (GINA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and relevant state privacy and  nondiscrimination laws. We maintain policies and practices designed to ensure accessibility,  safeguard personal and genetic information, and protect against discrimination based on  genetic information or disability. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit your rights or  our obligations under such laws.
